"This was our first time booking a private taxi company and they did not disappoint! I’ve been in contact with Marion regarding our reservation since early November and every question I’ve had was always answered almost immediately through email. Booking process was very easy as well as preferred method of payment via PayPal. We were able to get in contact with the driver, Sheen, days prior to our arrival. All questions I had regarding last minute changes to number of luggage’s was no problem with our driver. All in all Marion and Sheen are very accommodating!"

"It's super stressful to do things last minute, but Elite Driver Japan was a total relief. Totally legit and the people there are really nice.
